This year we had 50 runners from the TRC community take part in the Big Half, a half marathon around central London organised by the same people who bring us The London Marathon. Through Teachers’ run Club our community were able to access events entry for just £15, instead of the normal price of £56. Read some of the testimonials from our runners below:

“Thank you very much for the discounted entry fee; it was much appreciated. The Big Half has always been a run that I enjoy, not only for the atmosphere but the community feel that goes with it. The community feel at the end of the run was lovely too. Nobody was too fast or too slow. Everyone just became involved in the run and encouraged each other.
The opportunity to run for a group of likeminded people was something that encouraged me to want to put in maximum effort.
