Terrain: Beware the downhill start! 3 miles downhill can lead to going off too fast.
Would you say the event was good value for money? Good value for money before you take into account travel and accommodation!
What tips would you give to others before they take on this event? Probably daft advice on a list for teachers, but if you can go to the the expo on a weekday do! It was HORRENDOUS on Saturday- queuing for hours and really noisy!
During the run the crowds are great but most of the route is pretty dull!
Would you take part in this event again? Probably but only because I don’t want to waste a GFA place.
